G&S Mobile Car Detailing seeks to provide the best complete mobile auto detailing experience. These terms explain the extent of our services and are designed to protect the customer’s rights and our own. By scheduling any service with G&S, you agree to the terms listed on this page.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We take a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure appointments prior to service. This deposit transfers to a rescheduled appointment and is deducted from the total cost when payment is collected.
If a customer does not pay the $25 deposit prior to service, it may be charged when payment is collected. A $25 fee may be charged when a customer cancels within 24 hours of service if the deposit has not already been paid.
Vehicle Terms
Please remove personal belongings, money and other significant items from the vehicle before service. G&S will not move personal belongings for safety and liability reasons. If technicians must wait longer than 15 minutes for belongings to be moved, G&S may charge for the lost time. The same applies when a customer is late for an appointment.
Large amounts of trash and debris must be removed before service. When excessive trash is present, G&S may charge a $50 trash-removal fee. Compartments such as glove boxes or center-armrest storage will not be cleaned when they contain private property.
Remove child and booster seats before arrival. G&S may clean around a seat left in the vehicle but will not uninstall or reinstall child seats.
Vehicle pricing may vary with condition and the estimated labor required. Additional charges are explained before work begins. Added fees may apply to pet hair, severe staining, odors and hazardous material including mold or biological waste.
Pet hair and sand are difficult to remove through normal vacuuming, and complete removal is not guaranteed. Complete stain or odor removal is also not guaranteed. Some upholstery, seat belts and carpets may be permanently affected. G&S will explain what can reasonably be improved.
Odors may require a separate treatment or specialist. Headliners and fragile interior components are cleaned conservatively because stronger treatment can release adhesives, remove markings or damage already-compromised material.
Baked-on brake dust may not be fully removable. Bird droppings, bugs, sap and tar can etch paint when left in place, and some marks cannot be removed without compromising the clear coat. Exterior trim that is permanently faded or damaged may require replacement rather than cleaning.
The durability of any wax, sealant or protection product depends on vehicle use, storage, weather and maintenance. Paint-safe hand washing is recommended.
On-Site Service Terms
Payment is due in full on the day service is completed. G&S may request advance payment when a customer has canceled multiple appointments and may refuse service when scheduling or payment terms are not respected.
Appointments may be altered or moved because of weather, staff illness, equipment failure or another condition that prevents safe completion. Alternative arrangements will be communicated whenever possible.
For safety, customers and bystanders should remain at least 10–15 feet from hoses, cords and the active work area. Get the technician’s attention from a safe distance before approaching.
Customers must accurately disclose the vehicle’s condition before arrival. G&S may stop or refuse work when undisclosed urine, feces, mold, mildew, biological waste, chemicals or other hazardous substances create an unsafe work environment.
Photo & Video Rights
When scheduling service, customers authorize G&S to photograph or record the vehicle before, during and after service for marketing or training. Customer names will not be used without permission, and license plates or home addresses will not be intentionally published without permission.
Customers who do not authorize marketing use should notify G&S in writing before service. G&S will accommodate the request, although images may still be retained for internal training or condition documentation when permitted.
Service Guarantee
If there is a clear and probable cause that a technician did not fulfill the ordered package or the service shows poor craftsmanship, G&S may redo or refund the affected portion.
Potential mistakes must be reported during the post-service inspection or within 24 hours. G&S will review the concern and determine the appropriate remedy. Redos, refunds or reimbursements will not be made after unauthorized cleaning or repair. Refusing an offered redo appointment may limit a refund to 20% of the affected service value.
Only services included in the order or separately authorized by G&S are covered. Work outside the approved order is not covered.
Payment Terms
Payment is due when service is completed. Failure or refusal to pay may invalidate the service guarantee. The person booking the service is responsible for participating in or authorizing the pre- and post-service inspection.
Claims must be filed within 24 hours and include supporting photographs. Failure to disclose heavy stains, foul odors, biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, overspray or another hazardous condition may void the guarantee for the affected work.
Some conditions require services beyond the package ordered. Refusing recommended work may limit the result and the related guarantee.
General Terms, Estimates & Disputes
Past-due balances may be subject to collection costs, legal fees and interest where permitted by law. Accepting the completed vehicle indicates the customer had the opportunity to inspect the work. Invoice disputes should be submitted in writing with an explanation so G&S can investigate and make appropriate corrections when an error is found.
G&S is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, accident or another event beyond its control, or for articles left in a vehicle.
Estimates are good-faith estimates based on the information available at the time and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. During the pre-inspection, technicians may identify existing scratches, cracks, failed materials or other concerns. G&S is not responsible for conditions that existed before service and may refuse a vehicle or requested work when completing it would be unsafe or inappropriate.
G&S may correct clerical errors, pricing, availability, omissions and service descriptions as business information changes.
